As a To-Go Roadie, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure that each customer receives a legendary welcome and farewell when placing and/or picking up their order.

  • Use proper telephone etiquette when answering calls and taking orders.

  • Know the menu to take and process orders accurately.

  • Demonstrate organization and accuracy when packing orders.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff (Back of House) to complete orders.

  • Work together with Restaurant Managers on delivery times and accurately provide customers with an estimate of the time needed to complete their order.

  • Understand online and mobile app ordering systems.

  • Properly use the point-of-sale (POS) system to enter orders, process To-Go sales, gift card sales, and cash/credit card transactions.

  • Comply with proper safety and sanitation procedures.

  • Show teamwork at all times.
