As a To-Go Roadie, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure that each customer receives a legendary welcome and farewell when placing and/or picking up their order.
- Use proper telephone etiquette when answering calls and taking orders.
- Know the menu to take and process orders accurately.
- Demonstrate organization and accuracy when packing orders.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff (Back of House) to complete orders.
- Work together with Restaurant Managers on delivery times and accurately provide customers with an estimate of the time needed to complete their order.
- Understand online and mobile app ordering systems.
- Properly use the point-of-sale (POS) system to enter orders, process To-Go sales, gift card sales, and cash/credit card transactions.
- Comply with proper safety and sanitation procedures.
- Show teamwork at all times.
