The Expo is responsible for ensuring that every guest receives legendary food.
Job Tasks
Declaration(s) of essential functions.
• Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, rules, policies, and department procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Must understand how to read a preparation sheet.
• You must be able to carry a tray.
• Understand the program for first-time guests.
• Follow the proper guidelines for presenting the dish.
• Final food validator before reaching the guest.
• Knowledge of recipes.
• Pay attention to product levels during the shift.
• Complies with FIFO standards.
• Maintains excellent sanitation standards.
• Committed to legendary standards.
• The Expo must be able to project its voice above the noise of the kitchen.
• Complete light training in all areas of the kitchen prior to validation.
• Maintains proper etiquette with FOH staff.
• The ability to have fun at work.
