Job Description
Job Purpose: A waiter assistant ensures that all boards are cleaned and cleaned quickly and efficiently. The SA is in constant communication with hosts to ensure that all tables are seated as quickly as possible.
Job Tasks
Essential Function Statement(s)
• Help guests with any need.
• Assists servers with transportation and table cleaning.
• Clear and clean tables in 30-45 seconds.
• Keeps the service area clean and stocked.
• Partners with the updater to ensure quick table changes.
• Adheres to core values: passion, collaboration, integrity, and fun with purpose.
• Understands and effectively uses the first-time guest program.
• Possibility of transporting a tray and a bucket for dishes and cutlery.
• Maintains a clean and stocked restroom throughout the shift.
• Assists with cleaning up spills and breakages that may occur during a shift.
• If you are cleaning up trash, help dishwashers by stacking and properly sorting all dishes in the dish area, as well as helping with trash.
• Practice safety and sanitation at all times.
• Complete the appropriate opening and closing tasks depending on the unit.
• Maintains proper etiquette with all staff members and guests.
• Demonstrates teamwork at all times.
• Maintains adequate uniform and hygiene standards at all times.

Compensation: $2.13 - $2.75 per hour
