 Job Description 

Responsible for all cold foods and desserts prepared in the Texas Roadhouse kitchen. Portions and plates of all salads and desserts for the waiters. Responsible for the maintenance of a sanitary kitchen workstation.

Job Tasks 

Essential Function Statement(s)

• Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, rules, policies, and department procedures.

• Prepare all salads in less than 3 minutes.

• Ensures that all salads look fresh from coast to coast.

• Replenishes product throughout the shift.

• Makes sure all salad ingredients are fresh and crispy.

• Prepare desserts at the right time.

• Performs sweeping and line cleaning throughout the shift.

• Disassemble the station properly.

• Maintains all safety and sanitation standards throughout the shift.

• Maintains adequate uniform and hygiene standards at all times.

• The ability to have fun at work.
