Job Description
Responsible for the daily preparation of ribs and chicken in the Texas Roadhouse kitchen. It follows all recipe specifications and ensures that the product is prepared in a clean and hygienic environment.
Job Tasks

• Adheres to all portion sizes, quality standards, rules, policies, and procedures of the department.
• Follow the daily prep sheet.
• Follow FIFO guidelines.
• Follow all the steps in the Rib Recipe.
• Prepare all chicken products.
• Correct labeling of all products.
• Ensures that all products receive proper labels and are signed by a manager.
• Maintains proper standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the shift.
• Maintains proper uniform and hygiene standards at all times.
• The ability to have fun at work.
