Job Description
Responsible for the daily preparation of ribs and chicken in the kitchen at Texas Roadhouse. It follows all recipe specifications and ensures that the product is prepared in a clean and hygienic environment.
Job Tasks
Essential Function Statement(s)
• Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, rules, policies, and department procedures.
• Follow the daily preparation sheet.
• Follow FIFO guidelines.
• Follow all the steps in the Rib Recipe.
• Prepare all chicken products.
• Correct labelling of all products.
• Ensures that all products are properly labeled and signed by a manager.
• Maintains adequate standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the shift.
• Maintains adequate uniform and hygiene standards at all times.
• The ability to have fun at work.
