Responsible for hand-slicing legendary steaks on a daily basis.
Job Tasks
Declaration(s) of essential functions
• Cut fresh hand-cut steaks daily.
• Follows the dimension guidelines set by TRH.
• Achieves and maintains adequate yields.
• Directly responsible for the cost of food.
• Responsible for the safety and sanitation of the meat room.
• Participation in the HERO awards program.
• Participates in daily fillet audits.
• Check all the proteins and weigh the boxes.
• Sanitation and dismantling of all meat room equipment.
• Proper understanding of daily prep sheets and par levels.
• Proper understanding of HRT shelf life. Uses FIFO rotation.
• Ability to correctly cluck the elements.
• Able to work in extreme cold.
• Quality, speed and performance are the key objective of this work.
• Install meat display cases daily.
• Performs opening and closing side work tasks.
• Maintains proper uniform and hygiene standards at all times.
• The ability to have fun at work.
