The Expo is responsible for ensuring that every guest receives legendary food.
Job Tasks
Declaration(s) of essential functions
• Adheres to all portion sizes, quality standards, rules, policies, and procedures of the department.
• Maintains cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Must understand how to read a prep sheet.
• Must be able to carry a tray.
• Understands the program for first-time guests.
• Follow the proper presentation guidelines for the dish.
• Final food validator before reaching the guest.
• Knowledge of recipes.
• Pay attention to product levels during the shift.
• Compliant with FIFO standards.
• Maintains excellent sanitation standards.
• Committed to legendary standards.
• The Expo must be able to project its voice above the noise of the kitchen.
• Complete light training in all areas of the kitchen prior to validation.
• Maintains proper etiquette with FOH staff.
• The ability to have fun at work.

Other Skills:
• A minimum of one year in a food preparation position is desirable, but not required.
• The Expo or Server experience is a plus.
• Fast pace and high energy.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
•Attention to detail.
• Clean and organized.
• Multitasking is a must.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace.
