Position Summary
The employee is responsible for the baking area of the kitchen. It ensures that all bread, butter, and desserts meet Texas Roadhouse's legendary standards.
Job Tasks
Essential Function Statement(s)
• Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, rules, policies, and department procedures.
• Show cuteness and showmanship during the shift at the bread station.
• Prepare specific amounts of product according to the daily preparation sheets.
• Understands the operation of fermentation and rotation of the bread product.
• Understands the system of rotation and baking of bread.
• Ensures hot bread is available throughout the shift.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Performs lateral work tasks of opening and closing.
• Fill in product labels and stick to all products.
• Use first-in, first-out rotation
• Understands proper equipment use as well as proper maintenance.
• Maintains adequate uniform and hygiene standards at all times.
• The ability to have fun at work.
